Good Luck to all the 2016 hopefuls!

Not going to celebrate until I actually graduate bc while it is an accomplishment getting in its greater when I finish. Plus I need to save as much money for all the supplies we will need

Nope no idea. I was actually going to call today and ask if we should expect an email or letters in the mail and forgot the college was closed

I emailed Connie on Monday and asked if the committee has met yet.. will let everyone know if I here from her tomorrow.

From what it seems... Connie seems to be easier to get ahold of via email. I've emailed her twice before and she didn't take that long to get back to me. Is anyone else still waiting on confirmation letters? I got mine for west campus but not porter campus yet :/

I received both my confirmation letters October 5th. I put my applications in on the 10th and 15th of September. (Wasn't feeling overly confident about 1 campus so I put in for both). I emailed connie to make sure they received them bc I had an issue with the women taking the applications. But needless to say connie stated that they were behind on sending out confirmations I would expect all confirmations would be all sent out by the end of the wk.

I think they have met by now. It will 1 month of Thursday since deadline. From reading previous forums that there is only 1 person who sends out the letters of Confirmation and acceptance and obviously that wouldn't be their ONLY job. That person may have a deadline to; such as the 16th, even though the office as confirmed all of the applications. As for the committee they are probably meeting this wk to finalize everything, I'm sure this process takes more than 1 wk to consider all the applications. As someone has stated before they probably look at a number of things not just the teas and pre-req GPAs. But who knows I could be completely wrong

I don't work at Publix but it seems like I am there every day 😉 I am 29 married with 2 kids. Seems like my score is very low but I hope I have a chance somehow.

I think I may call the admissions office today to see if we should expect letters this semester or emails and maybe try and get a date out of someone of when. They will probably laugh at me though, like they haven't heard that question before lol
