PHSC 2016 Nursing Hopefuls

Going to jumpstart this topic!

Good Luck to all the 2016 hopefuls!

you won't be cutting back at work at all?? when will you find the time to study, children are a different story you need to give them time so that isn't an option to slack on.

How are you planning on paying for school? I have essentially enough credits to consider myself to have a Bachelors degree but all those were general classes; however, though all of that I managed to have scholarships so I have no student loans. Although going into this program I will certainly be taking out loans to help pay for everything, luckily I'm an only child so my parents are able to help me with what I need even though I am on my own.

And work is my only priority I don't have any children, and my BF is self efficient enough to be on his own :roflmao:. So I have nothing but study time, I know though that I have a difficult time studying for exams. I will probably be amazing with clinical but when it comes to textbook and the theory of nursing it may be difficult.

I'm 24 with no kids, I work at Florida Hospital 30 hours a week and Publix once a week and plan on staying 30 hours at FH but idk about Publix lol depends what my schook schedule looks like!!

Unfortunately I can't afford to cut work.. I will work in the mornings until I have to leave for school and be at school at night and then be off on weekends with the kids. I work at home so I'll be there when they get ready for school everyday and every weekend. As for studying I have no idea! Hoping I'll be able to squeeze I'll in between lunches and breaks between classess.. I did the same through lpn school.. it sucks but it's possible

I'm 24 with a 4 year old daughter. I think I will stop working if I get in, so I can focus on school more. I am definitely down for study groups! :)

I know for sure I cant stop working while in school. I can't afford not to work. But I will definitely cut down my hours if I get in.

How about those who applied to the 2 campuses? Which one does everyone prefer to go to if they got accepted to both campuses. I spoke to one of the advisors and said you can choose if you get accepted into both.

How will everyone celebrate if they get accepted?

Can someone tell me if you can see this post?

Ok I guess that one stuck I tried replying to Jesse post from earlier but it wouldn't work.

Oh well
