Going to jumpstart this topic!

Good Luck to all the 2016 hopefuls!

Well if that's the case so much for me working much while in the program the transition program is Monday through Thursday 2pm-11pm it looks like.

Omg no way!! Where is this info again.. that would not be possible for me at all :-(

I read it wrong. Wednesday and Thursday is class 2-5pm and clinically is Monday and Tuesday 3-11

I just called it's an evening program 3 to 11 at Porter for us transitions :-(

After class is labs, at least if it's done the way West and North campus do it. I know it doesn't reflect on the online schedule, but they have to fit it in somewhere. Such an inconvenient schedule!

Yep that looks to be about right. Your classes will be one class everyday. Especially for the DEP 2004 that one is offered when other classes are in or are getting out.

So it class then clinical on the same day? It's very confusing because it shows class two days a week and clinicals on two other days

Ya I believe it is lecture labs the first 4 weeks or something then we would 2 days lecture/lab and the other 2 clinicals..

I don't know their exact schedule, but for West campus the labs were after lecture every day. 3 hours lecture, lunch, lab. At least in the beginning of the program. Let me see if I can find the schedule I had printed...

It looks like the first few weeks were lecture and lab 3 days, and Sim's lab/skill checkoffs on the 4th day (refresh your LPN skills because they did a lottery of skills checkoff the second week of the program on that campus!).

Once clinicals started, it was 2 days clinicals and 2 days lecture and lab like LPNtoRN said.

So was it pretty much 2-11 4 days a week

Well that was a daytime program, so 8-4 or 8-5 four days a week. I can only assume the Porter campus program has to be similar in hours due to credit hour requirements. That's why I think that on the days they only show 2-5, there's something not quite right there. Though it would be lovely if true! :)

This is my only plan too and if I don't get in AGAIN I will study for that teas again retake it and apply again and again until one day I'm accepted :-)

My plan as well. Although I cringe at the thought of taking the Teas, again :/
