What should I expect? I am a nurse living on the west coast, and relocating to the east coast, and have been selected for an interview and I will be called in the morning on a set date and time by the unit manager to interview me by phone. I don't know what to expect, and am a little nervous. Although, the idea of interviewing in my PJs sounds appealing. :)

The same boring interview questions you'd get at a face-to-face interview. I had a phone interview locally. The office didn't have a full-time HR person so they outsourced to a local HR office. The HR office called and we did the phone interview and she made the decision whether or not to recommend me (plus a complete transcript of our conversation) to the office manager and physician. I did get a face-to-face interview with the actual office manager (didn't get the job though). Just relax and treat it like any other interview, except you'll be more comfy at home in your casual clothes! Good luck!
Nailed it! I was hired, and will be making a cross country move VERY soon. I'm super excited. :)
