That sounds kind of vague. All of my phone interviews have been a specific date and time. How can they expect you to present yourself best if you have no idea when they will call? What happens if they call while you are shopping and there are a lot of distractions or a place with poor cell reception?

The interviewer said that I should expect a call within one week from the manager of the clinic. So what do you think? I more likely did not get the job? Hmm
I had the same experience with Fresenius who is also a national out patient dialysis company. I was surprised about the telephone interview, the first one I have ever had. I got discouraged when I received a phone call telling me they were downsizing the facility where I had applied. I would not say that you have the job, it is a step-interview process. They first have the telephone interview, then I had a computer assessment to complete, then to be called in for the face to face interview. I didn't make it to the third step and it seemed to take a long time between each level. Don't get discouraged, but keep looking elsewhere for a position. I used my home telephone as my contact and told the dispatcher when I would be available so as to make sure I would get the calls.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I do not want to expect. But I will follow what the interviewer said. Expect a call within one week then. If no call, then it's probably not meant for me. But Im really hoping though.

I just had my phone interview with DaVita.
I'm not sure what to expect.
But the interviewer told me that I should expect a call within 1 week from the manager of the clinic that I applied at. If I do not get a call, then I should follow up again.
Does it sound good?
For those with DaVita Experiences, please share your comments / suggestions or so on. Thanks.
