Phoenix Children’s Hospital Career

Hi there!
I am going to be moving to Phoenix in the near future and am interested in learning more about PCH. I am graduating with my BSN next week and according to their website they hire new grads year-round. I haven’t seen too much other info online and was wondering if anyone can give me more information on what it is like being a nurse there, new grad program, pay, benefits, etc. Any info would be appreciated!
