Philippine graduate for CA

i've read and understood the requirments for ca license, but i was googling the step by step process i came across this list:

documents that the school will mail to california bon: - request for transcript form + tor and rle records

- breakdown of educational program for international nursing programs form

- nursing program verification form

those who are philippine graduate, can you please tell me what the rle records is? i don't remember reading that requirment from the ca bon website. how do we get rle record? is that something we have to request also? does it need to be authenticated also? does the transcript need to be authenticated also?

I believe RLE is related learning experience, but contact the CA BRN and double check to make sure. Regarding transcripts they must come directly from the school and must be official. Usually it has a seal and is stamped outside the envelope to alert that it came directly from the school and wasn't tampered with. Anytime someone is asking for transcripts they're looking for official transcripts. Hope this helps. Good Luck

Request your RLE (Related Learning Experience) records at the college of nursing of your school. Usually those people who scheduled your duties in the hospitals/communities. It is like a transcript but it only contains the nursing subjects with RLE. Your transcript (TOR) will be accomplished by the registrar. Ask the registrar to authenticate both transcripts by placing a university seal (dry seal or golden seal). The registrar will also be the one to place it inside an envelope and seal it once again.
