PHCC Fall 2011 LPN-RN bridge

Hi,

I am applying for the Aug. 2011 LPN-RN Bridge program and was wondering if there is anyone else out there applying also. I just finished my prereqs this semester and will be taking the TEAS test this month. Hopefully I will do well enough on it since I have only left myself enough time to take it once! I think I am also going to take Lifespan and Ethics this summer to lighten my load for the next two semesters.

They told me that they notify applicants of decisions about one month after the May 30 application deadline...so not too long to wait!!

Would love to hear from anyone else applying for this class!!

Anyone else apply for this program? When I dropped off my application they told me we should be hearing something around the first week in July. I can't wait!!

Hi, PHCC nurses!

I wanted to ask some advice from previous LPN students.

I have just been accepted into PHCC's LPN program for this fall. I want to apply for the bridge next fall. I know PHCC only offers this once a year. I need to take Anatomy and Physiology 1 and 2, as well as Microbiology. I'm trying to get permission to do so, but I wanted to take Anatomy and Physiology 1 while taking the LPN courses. I do not have a job or any children. Since you've been through the LPN program, what are your thoughts on this?
