Hey everyone! I'm in a BSN program, and am currently taking Pharmacology. I have to admit, I am not doing too great in this class ( a lot of students aren't doing well because of our teacher), and we have a test and a final coming up this week and next. I am just curious if anyone has suggestions on ways to study for pharm. I have tried reading through notes and things like that, but still do bad on the tests. Any advice would be GREATLY appreciated!

You might consider having more of an internal locus of control rather than an external one for starters. You'll pass or fail the course of your own accord and NOT because the teacher was either awesome of terrible.
Your best bet would probably be to ask a student or students in your class that have been successful what they have done to study and how they have approached the exams. Other than that I'm not sure how I or anyone else here is going to help other than by offering very very generic suggestions.

You will always have a fair share of bad/poor instructors/preceptors/managers, etc. Best to get used to it and just accept that it's your job to pass the course, regardless of how it's taught.
Then go to the Student Nurse forum and look around for study tips.
