I came across this document that explained the fundamentals of dosage calculations. It was so much easier to understand than the notes my Pharm prof had given. Hopefully it can help others too.

Hey PreNurse,
Thanks for this PDF. It is great! That is the one thing that worries me the most about NS. I took Chemistry this last semester, and clinical calculations were what did me in the most!! Thank you again~

~B. . .why don't you post this on the website, "Dosage Calculations", which is a sticky on the Nursing Student Assistance Forum (https://allnurses.com/forums/f205/dosage-calculations-88867.html) where more students will see it and have access to it. It's a very nice tutorial, by the way.
