what are the requirements for PGH post graduate training and when does it start? Is there any board rating cut off, i mean do you need to have a board rating of above 80 to be qualified?

I think you must visit the website of PGH and you will be able to see their requirements if you want to apply there. I worked in PGH for 13 1/2 years in one of the ICU's there. I am very proud to say until now that I was became a part of that institution. If there would be another chance, I would like to go back there and work again, it doesn't matter how long I've been here in the UK,I will always treasure the memories and the knowledge that I've learned from working there. Though it is very hard to apply, but it is worth to work there. So goodluck!!!

thank you very much for that. Given the chance i would like to work also there but as you have said its really hard to apply there. So i hpe i can ..

Hi, I just visited the PGH website and they never mentioned anything about board exam score of above 80%. You need to take the exam and you will need to pass this exam, it was more on drug calculations as far as I remember. Try to apply, you will be fine, just think positive.

I'm scheduled for a panel interview this Feb 2009.

Anyone here working / know someone who is working at UP-PGH as a nurse and the like?

How's the Panel Interview?

What are the things that I should keep in mind before and during the interview?

What preparations are needed to pass the panel interview?

Please enlighten me, anyone? Thank you very much.

Happy Holidays!
