hello everyone. i love reading all your posts, especially by the ones who've started working in PGH already. i check this thread every now and then because like most of you, i am waiting for the result (and progress) of my application too. i learned that i passed the NPE last august 2011, and had my panel interview last january 2012. i was advised to keep calm and wait (hahaha) for two years, starting from the point of submission of papers for the panel interview, and mine is getting near. sometimes, i feel like losing hope.. but some posts on this site give me reason to wait, and pray harder. oh well. good things come to those who wait, doesn't it? anyone here who's waiting for two years already? wishing everyone a good day. Hello supergoddess, does the wait time start from the time you submitted the requirements or does it start right after the final interview... the head nurses during my panel interview said the wait time starts after the final interview, I am hoping that it won't take that time because that would be way too long. Indeed good things come to those who wait. I want to share a verse from Romans 12:14 to you, it says; "Be joyful in hoping, patient in suffering and faithful in praying. Time will come when we will all get what's best for us, in His time. :D Please let us know once you hear from them about your final interview.

Hi pam_mac.. Im still waiting for their call.. Im waiting in vain.. Hahaha! Its been more than 3 years already since i started my pgh application.. Im considering working overseas now..

Hi! My panel interview's tentatively scheduled tomorrow but then when I called today @ PGH Ms. * said that my interview was cancelled and she'll just text me when would be available. Can anyone tell how long it is to wait when a certain interview has been cancelled? Thanks!:)

Hi michellepalomar, mine was tentatively scheduled on July 2012, it was cancelled twice but it went through on October 2012. It might be around that time frame as well. Don't worry PGH has been very faithful to follow ups. You just have to be really patient.

Hi @mikeru, did she also told you that she'll just text you soon? Are you already done with your final interview? Really, three months of waiting and twice cancelled seems so hard to bear with. Maybe since I still don't have somewhere I can volunteer as of now. Though planning to volunteer @ PGH or apply in RN Heals next year if there's another training.:)

michellepalomar She didn't give me an exact time frame. She just said I would be informed through call or text. I am still waiting for the final interview. I was told after my panel interview that it might take 1-3 years before my final interview. It would be best for you to try something else first while waiting so you will still be productive. I might apply in call centers again after my RN HEALS training if I would not be absorbed as a staff nurse or I might pursue my application with a local hospital nearby. :)

Hi guys! i just called PGH this morning to follow-up my panel interview which was cancelled this July 2013. The HR told me that I should just wait for their text because right now, they were busy finishing their applicants scheduled for an interview that were still pending from 2012 so I am expecting that I might get a call maybe next year. But the HR didn't get my name. I'm now confused on whether i'll just go there in person or it's just the same as calling from phone for an update on the sched?..

hi muse... you might end up being told the same thing if you go there in person. just wait for their text message. they definitely would let you know once it's already your turn. :)

Gahhhh. I want to follow-up with them re: my final interview. It's been 2 years now since I had my panel interview, and I followed-up with Ms. * twice or thrice? But I'm not giving up! >_

I just spoke with Ms. *. Right now and she said the batch for final interview are those who had their panel on March 2011! 5 more months for me. >_
