Personal Hand Skin Care

As taught, I religiously wash my hands going in and coming out of residents rooms. Also when changing gloves.

I didn't mind going to sleep with wrinkled fingers, but this morning I awoke with them!

I am a newbie, so would love to hear what those with more experience do. Please tell me brand names that are the best as I will only be washing my hands more often.

What is worst, the soap in the dispensers or the hand spitzers?

i was having a horrible problem with the dry weather this winter and constantly washing also drying out!!! there were days i thought i was going to have to cut my hands off!! during clinicals i was also using body shop hemp hand protector (awesome!!!!) and when i slept i would put on tons of udderly smooth at nite and then glove my hands...has helped out alot!!!
