I know Persantine and Warfarin are blood thinner to prevent blood to clot as they have similar character, why they always use together? thanks for answering

You need to be more specific than just stating that both are blood thinners and consider how/where each of these medications exerts their effect.
If you have a pharmacology reference, you should easily find your answers there. If not, there are several online pharmacology resources (e.g., http://www.rxlist.com, Drugs.com | Prescription Drug Information, Interactions & Side Effects) that you might find helpful.

Persantine is not a "blood thinner." It's an antiplatelet drug that is sometimes, not always, used in conjunction with warfarin to prevent blood clots. Warfarin and Persantine have different mechanisms of action and that's why they are used together in some cases.
