Hey all,
So I have an interview tomorrow with HCA/HealthOne for the perioperative training program. Because it is a training position and they know I have no experience I am assuming they will mostly be asking behavioral questions.. Has anyone gone through this program and have insight or feedback to provide me with? Also, I am not sure which facility I will be placed at as of now, so any general information about this healthcare system would also be helpful.
Thank you !

I work in a different department, so not sure I can help a lot, but I think Healthone is a great place to work in terms of teamwork and the helpfulness of the staff. They seem to be truly interested in the well being and education of new grads. The pay is lower however than most in the Denver area. Benefits are great, but it would be nice if they paid on a similar scale as the other area hospitals.

I can only speak to my recent interview for one of their facilities in the ER. They didn't ask many questions. They simply explained to me how their dept looked and gave me a rather involved tour. I was able to ask questions to them. Of course they asked the usual, why do you want to work here, what are your goals, but that was it. Nice group, I wish they would have paid better, but they couldn't shine a light to the other offers i had.
