Rates can be from mid $30s to high $30s on average......and this is for any any agency with contracts with Az Hospital Assn. These are pay rates, not billing rates.

Thank you !!! This helps my research..(trying to establish a per diem agency)..I called some agencys and a few said a range from $39hr to $42. For a RN with 3+ years experience. I want to beat the compatetion..once I start that is.
