When applying for a job, what is the difference between Per Diem and PRN?

As far as I know, they mean the same thing?
That's what I've read on google! Unfortunately I need health insurance, so neither are an option anyway. Thank you for the input! :)

They are the same; as needed positions. Some have requirements of minimum hours per month or per quarter, or weekend and holiday requirements; it just depends on the position
and/or facility.
Sending positive vibes on your job hunt!
Well it's settled! They are the same! Thank you so much! I hope to land a good job sooner than later! Anxious!

The only difference is PRN has fewer letters.
