Penn valley admissions out of district out of state?

Hi I'm applying to MCCKC Fall 2017 for pre-nursing. However I'm really concerned that I won't get all the points required to get in. I know there are a huge amount of applications to the program. I live in Leavenworth so not only do I live out of district, I live out of state as well. :( I know it's one of the required points. Has anyone gotten accepted to penn valley's nursing program living out of district/ out of state?
