I'm so confused. I went to TWO different in-person interviews (for the same position) and a video recording for penn medicine. They told me 3 weeks ago (during my second interview) that I wouldn't hear back for a couple weeks. When I sent in my thank you email for the interview, the person responded saying she would let me know when they make a decision
When I go under my account, it still says "considering" under the position. Apparently I'm being considered for 2 other positions I didn't know I was (bc i didn't interview for them and they never sent me an email). Can anyone guide me on how PM usually handles hiring? I feel like this takes 10000x longer than any other company I've interviewed for. And I would hope they would send me some email saying I didn't get it if they had me come there for the first interview (literally 2 hours) and then a second one. Is this normal ?????
Did you do your references yet? That was the longest part of my hire process because it was taking my references FOREVER to respond. I interviewed in early September then got an offer late October.
