Peds Home Health or SNF

Hi all. So I recently got my RN license a few months ago but have had no luck with finding a hospital job. My end goal is ideally peds hospital work at some point but any hospital job would be nice.

I have two jobs I can take. One is a peds PDN with a decent company that offers around 180 hours total of shadowing and precepting with a nurse in the home, but pays low. The other is a SNF/rehab facility that pays nearly twice as much, and I'm not sure how long their orientation is.

I'm wondering what folks would think the best job would be as a new grad, especially if I want to get into a hospital (ideally peds).
