Hello!
I am starting an RN position with a pediatric home health agency. I am a recent grad/licensed BSN, RN with no previous experience. I did not have any success when applying to nurse residency programs so I chose to start with this job while I wait for the next round of applications to open up and I can apply again. My dream is to be a NICU nurse.
Does anyone have any tips as to how I can be as successful as possible in this position? Also, any pro tips would also be appreciated!
Thanks in advance!

It would depend upon the job category for which you were hired. Were you hired as a clinical supervisor, an external "field" nurse, or as a case manager? Each position has its own set of responsibilities.
