Pearsonvue unofficial result shows I failed the exam

First time I took the Nclex. Im already a Registered nurse in other country, but I want to move in USA, thats why I took Nclex. But Pearsonvue unofficial result shows I failed. I cried so hard. Im still crying until now. With all the hardship I been true. . . Im so sad knowing I failed the exam. I dont know where to begin again.

When you say uworld, do you mean purchasing the question bank and just doing the questions? Sorry I am a new user and am looking for materials to study from.
