i guess this is something new...

I took the Nclex RN test yesterday, June 26, 2013. After 6 hours and upon verifying that delivery was successful, i tried the pearsonvue trick...i got a pop out saying, "this candidate has test results on hold". The following day, June 27, 6 thirty am, Philippine time, i tried the trick again and got the same pop out. However, at 3 thirty pm, when i tried the trick for the third time, it led me straight to the payment section...What does this mean?

It means either you were selected for a random audit, there was an issue requiring an incident report such as simple (issue with palm scan or Id, stood up instead of raising hand, etc) or major ( talking about exam, cell phone use, brought in test prep materials)

Your exam, keystrokes and the audio/video recordings must be reviewed. It takes 2-3 business days for QA to complete the review.

It is NOT indicative of pass or fail.

From NCSBN FAQ

What is the process for investigating candidate examinations put on hold for statistical reasons?

Exam results that exhibit unusual statistic patterns will be placed on hold for further investigation. Exam log, item response time, answering patterns and video recording at the test center are carefully reviewed for the score hold cases to ascertain validity of the exam results. Once validity of an exam result is established, the held score will be released to the appropriate board of nursing and subsequently to the candidate.

How long does a statistical investigation take?

The statistical investigation process generally takes only a few days. In complicated cases where additional inquiries are necessary, the process may require additional time. Once the statistical analyses are completed, NCSBN staff will work with the candidate’s state board of nursing to determine next steps.

I took my test on the same day and when I came home to check the trick, it took me directly to the CC page :(

Results on hold says that they're just auditing your exam. The CC page means that you've likely failed, but this isn't always true.

Pearson Vue Trick has three results: "good pop-up," "results on hold," and credit card page. "Good pop-up" always means you pass. I have yet to read of a false-positive. "Results on hold" can go either way (pass or fail); this is because the results are literally being examined. The "credit card page" is indicative of failure; however, there are numerous instances of false-negative, meaning, you did pass but you are being brought to the credit card screen for some odd reason. As always, the definitive result is the one Pearson-Vue and/or the Boards sends you.

I just took the RN NCLEX 7/3/13. I've tried the pearson vue trick and I received the good pop up. I am still nervous, not sure if the system has been updated due to the holiday! Does the system update on holidays?

My classmate got hers today so in assuming so but not for sure. HTH!

I greet you all very kindly. I took my nclex pn yesterday, and walked out their beaten up. I got 205 questions .I have heard so many say they got locked out at 85. When I got to 85 ad it didn't shut me out my heart began to beat. I had to call my self to other and sat tight till I got to 205. I had a friend call me to tell me is okay that I shud go and do the pearsonn trick. Does it really work?

I tried the Pearson trick and an the following pop up on 3 occasions " Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member Board for further assistance. Another registration cannot be made at this time" All my classmate seem to strongly believe the trick works about 13 of them and they all passed.
