PCS hasn't contacted me yet. worried.

I am currently applying as a nurse by examination in the state of Massachusetts. I have already sent in my application form to the office of PCS and CGFNS has emailed me that*they have* already forwarded my CES report to PCS last month. I have been waiting since last month but I still haven't received any message from PCS regarding my application. I have sent numerous emails to PCS regarding this but I still haven't heard from them and I am starting to worry that my application isn't being processed. On the site of PCS, it was stated that they do respond 3 days after receiving the application/documents but it has been already been weeks, what could have happened? Do you guys have any idea?

Call them and be persistent, I have never heard of the company.

Apparently they have worked some kind of deal with the board, I suspect they are 2nd rate company because they advertise they are BBB Accredited, usually start up companies try to advertise this type of crap.

I hate poor customer service, You paid for service and they need to offer it.

Stop emailing and start calling them, Get your questions answered and find out what is going on..........

I have been thinking of doing that but I am a little hesitant since I am from manila and overseas call is going to be really expensive. I just hope they respond soon. Thanks for the advice!

Get a SunCellular IDD Sim card, it only costs 1 peso per minute to call USA and the connection is excellent, much much better than Smart or Globe and a lot cheaper.......

Just received their email that my application got processed and approved today. Will be receiving my approval letter and nclex packet in the next consecutive days. I'm so happy.

Really? Just 1 peso per minute? Will definitely do that so I can call them next time. Thank you for the advice. I really appreciate it. Thanks again!

Hi, did they ask for the not having SSN Affidavit and GMC when you applied? 

PCS's my next step and I'm afraid of doing something wrong or not doind it at all and they won't answer me (either PCS or the specific GMC email address)
