Do you need a stethoscope as being a pca?

Usually no. Most bps are automatic now a days. I don't think I have ever seen a PCA with a stethoscope. I had one when I was a paramedic but I triaged people.

Not really, but it wouldn't hurt to have one in the locker. I got mine from allheart.com, and I love it! Great acoustics, light weight, and budget friendly!

Not unless you are going to be taking a manual blood pressure if the automatic reading comes up high/low.
At at my hospital the nurses take manuals.
