PBSC Fall 2012 hopefuls

Hi everyone!! I probably am jumping the gun by posting this already but I'm too excited and just can't believe I'm finishing up my last semester of pre reqs for the program. I take my HESI on Feb 16th. Anyway I just wanted to introduce myself and see if anyone has also taken the hesi and what would be the best study guide to get. Here's to hoping for a great fall!!! :D

the difference in time was at most 30 minutes. I understand everyone is excited to find out but claiming might be slowing them down... The latest it will be is tomorrow afternoon, which I know feels like a lifetime away, but just relax and you will now soon.
everyone got their decisions at different tines right?

There were three different programs but it was all close in time. Not like some of my FT LW classmates found out at 8 AM and some at 4 PM

Hi I just signed up and called at 9:30am and the lady that answered said we will all find out by tomorrow at the same time (denials and acceptance). Hope this helps ease everyone's mind. So either today or tomorrow for sure.

I'm 50/50. I have no idea what to expect. I have 26.04. Last semester was 24 something. So I'm hopefully getting in

I have my fingers crossed for every single one of us... :rolleyes: and I feel the same way. Hopefully the cutoff is close to last time...even lower for some of the people I know.

I too hope the cut-off is close to last time, but lower would be great for others. I also hope that this chemistry issue is resolved because everyone deserves a fair opportunity. Where is the fingers crossed face?! lol

I know we are supposed to relax but for me it's impossible!! Can't take this anymore just want to know already???!!! Hoping the vacation I'm taking next week will be a celebration instead of a depression prevention lol

Got this general letter from the nursing office!

Your application for the Fall Nursing program at Palm Beach State College has been received and processed.

*Your current status for selection can be viewed at http://www.palmbeachstate.edu/pantherweb.xml under Limited Access Application Status.

Information regarding your status will ONLY be sent to your PalmBeachState e-mail which can be viewed by clicking on Go To My.PalmBeachState Email link in Pantherweb.

*All documents and information needed to be submitted to the admissions office by the June 1, 2012, deadline. At this time no further documentation can be submitted.

*If there is any discrepancy in the evaluation of your points, you must contact this office via email at [email protected] no later than Monday, July 2nd.

Acceptance and denial letters will be sent out by the end of next week.

**** The Information Session is only checked at time of acceptance into the program. Prior to that time the status will show n/a for all students.

Please Note: It is the student’s responsibility to read the Nursing application packet to ensure ALL requirements have been met. Failure to do so may result in being denied acceptance to the program.
