payment denied for CARNA, what to do

hi everybody...

a friend of a friend in calgary recommended us to apply for CARNA/college association for registered nurses in alberta and if we qualify, her employer is willing to employ us thru direct hiring... we've mailed our application forms and other requirements already last feb..now the big prob is that of our fee...my friend used her dad's credit card, but CARNA declined our payment..we've asked them thru emails and fax on what to do and how to go about it...but they havent replied...can somebody help us pls...thanks...it would be greatly appreciated...we're from the Philippines by the way...

If the payment was not accepted, then they may have cancelled your application; the same thing that many other places do when there is no payment submitted, or payment is denied.

I would get them other payment as soon as possible for a start. But it will be up to them what to do if they have not already cancelled things, you may wish to actually phone them and speak to someone about it as soon as possible.
