Pay scale for Altru/Grand Forks Area

HiMoving to Grand Forks area this month. Can anyone tell mea general idea of the pay scale there? Possibly looking at AltruOr home hospice. Thank you. Oh, I am a one year old Nurse:)

Well best of luck to you. I really can't say what they would offer you but I'm sure it will be under $30 for sure. I don't know what the currency exchange btwn CAD and US is but I have heard from other Canadian nurses that they got paid a bit more in Canada than here in ND.
