Pay at CareNow in DFW

One of my very good friends started out at I think 13-14/hr but then she moved up fast to manager and made something like 18/hr. She did not like it though. She said to many critical cases treated there ,when they should have been at a major hospital... Good luck...

I assume if she became manager she was an RN? Wow, doesn't look very good for the LVN. My last Dr's office job paid $15 and he said that was mid-range and that was about 5 years ago!

No she was a LVN. And now that I think about it I think they offered her a postion over several care now's but she said "ohhhh noooo". She now works for Texas Cancer care and she makes less but she is happy.

The last time I worked in the medical field I started at $11/hour only being a medical assistant. I managed a chiropractor's office.
