While I don't have a whole lot of advice for you, because you went 170 questions, you were probably pretty close to passing for most of the exam. That may indicate that the issue may be test-taking instead of content knowledge. I'd be shocked if the CPR showed that you were clearly and consistently below standard in all areas. For now don't worry too much about content and just answer questions and when you read the rationales for everything, look for any key words and phrases that may point you toward a correct answer that the rationale says it is.
I am taking mine in 2 days and this will be my 3rd try too. First time was 199 ques, run out of time and I had all content near the passing std. Second was 160, and same near the passing for all of them except basic care.
Now I m doing NCSBN online question, and I have my list to review my weak content area (which is a lot to review in 2 days)..I am kind of confused if I should give my priority to finish questions and learn from rationales OR review my weak content areas? ANY suggestion will be a big help. I am so desperate and my brain is upside-down.

Hi Everyone,
i took my Nclex for the 3rd time on Wed(dec 10). I am waiting anxiously for the quick results. The exam shut off after 170 questions and I had many SATA, priority, a couple meds, and 1 math question. I studied and prayed a lot for this exam. This site has helped me to stay positive when I didn't pass the previous two times, so to anyone that is feeling discouraged, please read through these posts and recognize that you are not alone, everyone is willing to give tips/advice, and you got this! Can't wait to update you all when I find out!
