I was just wondering what your patient to nurse ratios are...especially if you work in the southeast? Our hospital adm is looking at making 10:1 at night.
Right now it's 6:1 However, once the new nurses are off orientation, the ratio will be 5:1. Day shift is 4:1 to 5:1 (sometimes 3:1 if the primary has to hang chemo on more than one patients.
