Hello fellow nurses. I apologize in advance as I think I may have posted this twice? I'm not sure
I'm looking for resources on the web for patient education handouts for my clients. They adults with mental illness and low cognitive functioning. So the handouts would have to be geared towards a 7 to 12 yr reading level and content. The topics I'm doing are diabetes prevention, hypertension, healthy diet, etc.
Any of you know of a place on the web where I can find these type of handouts?
