patient dies from combination of drugs that doc prescribed. who is responsible?

and i don't know what i said that was so much more rude and insulting than what anyone else said. or rude and insulting at all. sheesh!

to put a disclaimer saying you don't know anything, but then rip someone apart who does know and pointing out everything you think is wrong with it, doesn't make a lot of sense to me. it also makes the "apology" seem more than a little insincere.

either way, i'm over it. i know how to do my job, and i do it well. i'm meticulous about it. i don't need to defend myself to anyone, and i'm sorry that i temporarily forgot that.
