Patient care tech jobs

My daughter is planning on moving to the Paradise Valley area in September. She is a CNA and also just completed a phlebotomy training program. She has about 1 1/2 years experience as a CNA in a transitional unit of a hospital (this unit closed about 2 years ago). She has since then worked as a nanny. She has an Associates Degree in Health Care support. She has a strong desire to work as a patient care assistant or tech in a hospital. She has already applied for her CNA endorsement for AZ, just waiting on fingerprint results. And, she will be taking the phlebotomy tech national exam for certification within the next couple of months. Does anyone have any input regarding the job market for her? All opinions and advice are welcome and appreciated!
