Patho and/or Pharm online at El Centro

Has anyone taken Patho or Pharm online through El Centro? I would like some feedback on these classes if possible. How are the tests? How many are there? How hard are the classes on a scale of 1-10 (10 being the hardest)?

I've never taken a class at El Centro and know nothing about the school, their programs, their classes or instructors.

I hear you on this one. Wish the instructors were more forthcoming with information, I contacted the instructor several times, no response, so dropped the class as the school I'm applying to needed the syllabus which she wouldn't produce, so will wait for winter class or take it at another school.

One site that may help you know how an instructor grades tests and runs a class is http://www.ratemyprofessor.com, just type in the instructor's name and see what it pulls up, some students when rating a prof will give insight into how many tests were taken and so on.

@stash11, Oh yes, I already looked up the prof on RMP. There wasn't much to go on. I just wanted to take a look at they syllabus too, or talk to someone that has already taken the class to see how it runs, like the number of tests, quizzes etc. So far, I've got nothing.

Hey sorry I'm answering this question so late!!! Didn't see it till now, but if I could have answered earlier I would have :) I took both Patho and Pharm through El Centro online. They were taught by the same instructor. I thought they were both really interesting classes, although they were challenging. The instructor was great, she was always accessible if I needed help and even gave us a chance to dispute things that were marked incorrect on our tests. I took them during Maymester so I can't imagine that taking them over Fall would be too bad. Good luck to y'all!!
