Past Substance abuse disorder; Consent agreement?

So I just graduated nursing school, but in order to apply for my NCLEX I had to disclose my past of substance abuse to the board of nursing which took 3 months to get approved. They now sent me a consent agreement, what should I expect from this considering I don’t have my license to practice yet? Nurses Recovery

I graduated my LPN program, and my past of substance abuse has been reviewed by the board and I was approved to take my NCLEX, but the board said upon passing my NCLEX, I will be offered a consent agreement, which I am aware it can include random drug testing and restrictions, but would anyone know the specifics that this consent agreement could entail? considering my past of substance abuse and not having my license to practice yet?

I know what a monitoring agreement can look like, 3 to 5 years of checking in every day to see if you have to drug test, 3 mutual help meetings a week possibly meeting with one of their therapists and weekly group therapy, possibly meeting with their providers.  I'd call a lawyer to see if you can avoid this
