Passing ACLS with little study material

Published

This weekend, I took a 2-day ACLS class at a local junior college. However, I had little study material to go off of. I only had a pocket book. The instructor or dept of health at this junior college did not send me anything. Also, I found out on Friday night (the night before) that the class was meeting at a different location. I walked in there and the instructor did not say anything to me. Every other student had like 3 books with them and I had only a pocket book that I brought 3 months ago.

So, in conclusion, I took the ACLS test and passed in on the first shoot and about half of the class did not pass it. So they passed the test on the second shoot. It goods to show that there are people out there that don't tell you crap that is important to you. Oh well, I can finally say "I passed ALCS!" thanks.

Ha! Sometimes I thought I'd have liked my nursing education to be by correspondence... (I am serious) sometimes even clinical by correspondence (I know, but some of the clinical sites.... well :uhoh3:)

You probably needed to go online and find the college bookstore and order your stuff. But hey way to go! you saved yourself some money!!!

Congrats on passing:yeah:
