Hi! I can't really tell you about my first day in CNA orientation as I don't even start my training until Monday - I just wanted to say: GOOD JOB!!! on passing your test, though!

Congrats !!! I just passed my exam too. I actually start my job as a CNA this Thursday. They told me I will be shadowing a senior CNA for about 6 days and then I will be on my own. Hopefully everything will go smoothly....

Most places around here, at least, do have new employee orientation. I know at my facility, they send you out with another CNA for at least a couple of days to help you figure out the facility's specific rules and routines.
congrats and good luck :)
