Just checked the quick results and I PASSED :w00t:!!!! I took the NCLEX on Monday Aug 6th and I got 85 questions. I left the testing center with so many mixed feelings. I just was not sure if I had passed or not. The test is nothing like exams in nursing school. At the school I am at we do ATI and I can say that doing ATI did help and I used it to study for the NCLEX. I did all the practice test and the practice NCLEX test. For those that are taking NCLEX in the future I would recommend that you know how to answer SATA (select all that apply) I had a lot of those on my test. Also delegation, prioritization, math, meds, infection control and general knowledge. In my opinion to be successful on NCLEX you have to know how to answer the questions. Remember Maslow, ABCs, and the Nursing Process and you will have no problem passing.
