Passed NCLEX - what next? Please help

Hi all nurses, I got my RN license . This will be my first job as RN . I don’t have any nurse friends in the United States so I thought of asking here. I am looking into Medsurg .. what should I do next. Please advise!!

Now you get a job where ever you can. The first job can be tough, especially depending on where you are looking geographically

Do you have a US nursing license and if you do, what state?

Are you currently living in the US, if you are, what type of Visa do you have?

Since you are a citizen and have a NC license, go to the hospitals' websites that are near you to see what jobs they have available and apply.
