For anyone who has failed the exit Hesi PN exam, please don't get discouraged. It happens but it is a test you can pass. I had to take it 3 times before I passed it. I scored a 666, 785 and then a 997. My school requires a 850 to pass. The things I can recommend is get with a good study group. Not too large of a group because sometimes that is counterproductive. If you have taken the test previously and failed it, use the rationales on the Evolve page as a resource. My first and second exams were a week and a half apart and although I didn't score enough to pass, I still increased my score by 119 points by reading the rationales. I looked at what my weak areas were and I studied those and I used the internet as a resource. If I read something in my book that I didn't understand, I got on the internet and typed in keywords to get more info. This site also helped because people gave information about things that were helpful to them when it came to certain concepts. Also, pray, it makes you more calm and it gives you peace. This test is a big test for most people (my school requires it to graduate) and it is overwhelming but it is totally doable.

I just passed the Hesi pn exit exam...scored a 1273. It was my 2nd attempt...the 1st attempt I scored 797. I did remediation, studying the areas I scored low in...and that worked. I am an A student and I failed the first one...it happens. If you fail your 1st attempt, don't give up...use it as motivation for the next attempt. Good luck to all taking the Hesi. My pinning ceremony is tomorrow :) Next challenge the NCLEX PN!
