Hi guys! I took my NCLEX-RN exam this morning. I stopped at 75, got 23 SATA, 13PRIO, 2 case studies, 1 drag and drop and other are delegation and mult choice. I had a good feeling right after the exam but I'm not sure if it's more on the passing or failing side. Hope I'll get some feedbacks. Good luck to all who are taking! Wish you all the best!

The types of questions you got (nor the number of them) will not/does not indicate a pass or fail exam. They are just that..types of questions. the higher level passing questions are those based on application/analysis/intervention. The lower level/below passing are basic content questions.
Since you only had to do the minimum required for the NCLEX-RN, that says that the computer program knew at that number you were far below passing and there was no reason to go any farther OR you were above the passing level and it could determine you passed without going any further.
wishing you the best. Does your State participate with Quick Results? If so, on Saturday you will be able to pay the fee and get your unoffical pass/fail results. The result you get is what PearsonVue sends to your BON. They are only 'unoffical' because it is not pearsonvue who issues you your license. The State issues it.
Waiting for the result is causing me too much stress and anxiety than taking the exam.. T_T. I'll try to avail the quick result on sat. For now all I can do is to pray, pray and pray and to have faith in God. Thanks ffor your comment btw. God bless us!

Me I stopped at 75 too. I had like 5-6 SATAs, 2 drag and drop, 5 meds, 1 ekg and a lot of prioritization, no delegation and the rest multiple choice. Waaa. Results are already available but Im too scared to check it!!! Hope you pass to! Lets keep praying! :-)

If you did well in school (above a 3.0 GPA), went to a school with a high NCLEX pass rate, and studied a lot for NCLEX, then there is a high possibility you passed. If you barely passed nursing school then you probably failed.
Computer stopping at 75 questions only happens at the 2 extremes: You did extremely well and it determined you were competent at 75 questions or you did very poorly and answered most of the questions wrong, so it determined that you wouldn't pass regardless of the number of questions. Only you can determine realistically which is the more likely possibility.
Guys, I MADE IT! :) Thank God!
