Just starting a thread for people submitting applications to the PCC RN Spring 2020 program (Oct 1-30th app period). Let us know if you've applied & any updates along the way!

I called to check on my application and was told that the notification process is going to take place over the next couple of weeks. I’m excited and nervous! I hope I get in! Fingers crossed and congrats to those who have been accepted!

Hey everyone. I called pcc and they said they select alternates based on points. I have 77 points. Does anyone wanna share their points too? Just so we know our chances. Congrats to those accepted.

Im an alternate and as far as I know got 80 points on my application. I wonder how many Alternates are there and how many get chosen.

I have 78 points, did anyone get actually accepted or did they just just hand out alternates today?

I received notification today that I was accepted into the program For spring 2020, super excited. I had 83 points on my application. Between PCC and GCC, does anyone know which is the better program?

Someone was in the GCC thread saying it was great. There is also someone who posted like 2 years ago saying that PCC wasn't great.

Really wish I could find more information. I attend PCC but dunno that I would choose it over GCC if I got in.

Thanks. I saw you on the GCC thread as well. Have you chosen where to attend? I’m trying to decide. I can’t find much information about either in terms of rankings or the programs.

I think I will make definite choice if I get into PCC. I'm leaning toward GCC. They honestly seem better equipped? I live in San Gabriel though so I'm not a fan of that commute ?

It's so hard deciding what do right?
I think I would go far the guaranteed spot. I heard both were good. Many peers want PCC which makes me feel like it's a good program. Good luck
