Hi, I just graduated the program .

Congratulations to you!

You guys... Is it just me or when you see the word "solicitation" does it make you think of Law and Order? And after I was so happy about my clear background check and all! A solicitation charge could really throw a monkey wrench into my plans. :p

Hahahaha, I didn't think of it that way until you mentioned it :p

Book list! :D

I'm actually excited to read ^__^ so happy that I'm finally going to school to learn what I love. I got all my books online for a total of $360. Are all these books only for the first semester? Yikes! Seems like a lot

Hi! I got accepted into PCC's program for fall as well. :) Just wondering, are you guys getting the exact books on the booklist? I was thinking of getting older editions, but I'm not sure yet. Maybe a mix of old and new? I emailed one of the ladies and she referred me to a teacher I think, but she was still kind of unclear whether an older book would be ok. She just said that they went by edition and not year.

I went by the editions as well (there was one discrepancy)... I figured since she didn't send out a revised list, the edition would be good... As far as getting the older editions, I didn't want to risk it so I just bought everything new on the list (I wanna get that reading done ahead of time!).

Also, I got my registration date finally - August 15th... That seems like 5 seconds before the semester starts! :)

What was the discrepancy? I notice that there is a newer version of d drug guide which I'll probably get I case they force us to get it later on.

The Nursing Diagnosis Application to Clinical Practice 14th Edition was noted as 2013; however, the 14th Edition was published in 2012...

Hi guys,

I need a feedback. I applied last August 1, 2013 and I just received a letter that i was chosen alternate. What are my chances? How long do I wait till I officially get accepted. My alternate status will end Nov 6. I pray I will get in. I've been waiting to finish RN.

Lawrencencandy- Congratulations! At least your one step closer into pursuing a career in nursing.
