Pasadena City College LVN program 2021

Published

Hi, just wanted to see who else applied. Also we don't have to take the TEAS test, the health science lady said that the info on pcc's website about lvn students having to pass the TEAS once they get accepted is incorrect and she will fix it. Anyways who else is waiting it out until June or whatever when we'll know ?

I doubt that she is right on that. I always thought that the TEAS aptitude test was a standardized measure for any nursing program.

Could be pandemic related, of course. Some colleges are waiving SAT/ACT testing as well.

There are study guides, if you did need help getting through the TEAS test. I used an app and studied and refreshed for a month or two, and got a uhh IDK I think it was a 76% anyways it was enough to go for my BSN.

I have an associates degree, which probably helped me a lot, too. But my friend used that app too, and did well on her TEAS also.

I think its called something generic like TEAS test prep or something. Sorry wish I could remember.

ya I don't know if she's right cuz that school is disorganized but I asked her about the TEAS she said lvn students don't gotta take it, I said on your website it says so, she said its wrong,...oh well I'm studying for the TEAS either way

Hi!
has anyone heard back for acceptance or waitlist? I wanted to apply this year but I missed the deadline. The website doesn’t show the application or if they do it based off of points. I was wondering if you could share how they do acceptance. Thanks!
