For pcc’s LVN program is it better to complete all prerequisites? I've read that in progress work is accepted. Does this mean the CNA certification too? I was planning to get the CNA completed before applying. If anyone can share their experiences that would greatly be appreciated ty!

It says people who completed all the class and CNA get priority admission so yes it would be ideal for you to complete all that

I emailed to ask. Yes LOL too much work. I recommend sending electronic transcripts to yourself so you can upload them then fast.

@BH Future RNI wasnt sure about it either because I want to submit my high school diploma bc its faster but I emailed them regarding to that. Do you guys know if TEAS is required for the LVN program?
Yes, they are required but I believe we take the TEAS if we are selected.
@@BH Future RN Oh okay because I know before they would always require it but this time I don't see it on the admission requirement and even on the program acceptance requirement list.

Are you submitting your official college transcripts?

I emailed them because I just took the state tests on Feb 26th I passed but I think it takes a while for the state to officially give out the license. The director of the LVN program emailed me back saying "The application must include the Certificate for CNA from the California Department of Public Health". I don't think I'll have it by April 1?

I emailed the PCC health sciences email and didn’t get a response. That’s a bummer ? I would just apply anyway with your CNA transcript from the school because it says on their site you can do that.
