part time np job-help

i just got a part time np job working tues and wed w/ the poss of going full time...i am a new grad and am going through contract negotiations at this time. IS 90 days alot for a notice when you are part time? Is no CEU money alot to ask when you are part time. I will be getting paid a salary so essentially a per day rate. any advice?

90 days is typical at least where I'm at for notice for FULL TIME employees. I think though giving 90 days isn't outrageous. I would think the rest of your benefits (including CEU $$) would be pro-rated.
