Forum for the Parkland Health July 2024 Nurse Residency cohort!

 

Does anyone know how likely you are to get a position if you get an interview? Like how many are interviewing vs how many actually get the jobs?  I know it would vary by department 

Baylor recently told me the highest sought after jobs are ICU, women's services (NICU included) and ER for new grads

I applied to 5 different units at Parkland, so far have only heard back from OR.

Same.. I applied to CVICU yesterday and haven't heard anything.

I just got an interview notification for mother/baby so I think a lot of managers are still deciding.
