Has anyone else applied to Parkland's critical care and trauma internship and heard anything back?

You guys I am having a lot of trouble looking for the application!!! haha please help me

I am planning to apply to the Critical Care and Trauma Nurse Internship but I do not know when the applications are up? I also wanted to ask you if contacting them frequently actually lowers your chance of getting the position???? ...Is that true?
