I just received a call today that I will be having an interview tomorrow for a nurse resident position at Bayfront in St. Pete. I recently graduated in August and passed my NCLEX in September. I have not interviewed for a position before so I would like some help as to what kinds of questions they will ask and what kinds of things they are looking for. It will be a panel interview of 3-6 interviewees from the hospital. Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated.
